MINIRUGBY
Minirugby, as the word itself says, is a miniature version of Rugby, designed and adapted for kids.
Its simplification encourages the full involvement of children in the game: they will have fun and grow up in compliance of the rules and values of Rugby, in a team context that allows them to socialize and be an active member of the group.
Minirugby is for all boys and girls born from 2009 to 2016, and from the very beginning our minirugbists are led to learn the basic motor skils and to overcome, under the watchful eye of qualified educators, affectivity problems related to contact with the ground, with opponents and teammates.

- UNDER 6 (born in 2015-2016): Wednesday 17-18, Saturday 15-16.15
- 2019-2020 Members: 500 € (350 € by presenting the voucher); New members: 450 €
- UNDER 8 (born in 2013-2014): Tuesday 17-18, Wednesday 17.30-19 Saturday 15-16.30
- 2019-2020 Members: 630 € (480 € by presenting the voucher); New members: 450 €
- UNDER 10 (born in 2011-2012): Tuesday 17-18, Wednesday 17.30-19 Saturday 15-16.30

- UNDER 12 (born in 2009-2010): Monday 17-18.30, Tuesday 17.30-18.30, Thursday 17.30-19, Saturday 13.30/15

Juniors
Juniors are reserved for boys born from 2003 to 2008.
Under 14 participates the national circuit of tournaments Superchallenge U14, of which we are one of the founders. In addition, on weekends it plays numerous meetings at regional level.
Under 16 and Under 18 participate in both the Elite and Regional Championships. In recent years both categories have obtained important results at national level. To know the Roll of Honor of the Club’s Teams click here.

- UNDER 14 (born in 2007-2008): Monday 16.30-18.00, Tuesday 15.30-17.00, Thursday 17.30-18.30, Friday 15.30-17.00
- UNDER 16 (born in 2005-2006): Monday 18.30-20, Tuesday (gymnasium) 14.30-17, Wednesday 15.30-17, Thursday (gymnasium) 14.30-17, Friday 16.30-18
- UNDER 18 (born in 2003-2004): Monday (gym) 16-18.30, Tuesday 18-19.30, Wednesday (gym) 16-18.30, Thursday 18.30-20, Friday 18-19.30

Junior Girls
Boys and girls up to Under 12 play together, then they have their own teams.
Unione Rugby Capitolina has Junior and Senior teams.
Under 14, 16 and 18 teams participate in the Seven Rugby Championship.
The Senior Team, in partnership with Frascati Rugby Club, participates in the Serie A championship, reaching the national semifinals last season.
